On September 17, 2026, the Polyclinique des Armées de Kati in Mali marked an important step in the modernization of its healthcare infrastructure with the official inauguration of its new medical and technical facilities.

The ceremony was attended by the President of the Transition of Mali, General Assimi Goïta, together with the Prime Minister, senior government officials, representatives of the Ministry of Health and Social Development, military leadership and healthcare professionals.

As part of this new infrastructure, an Ultra Controlo ULTRAOX medical oxygen production system provides the Polyclinique with on-site medical oxygen production. The installation includes oxygen production and boosting capabilities, supporting the facility's medical oxygen requirements and contributing to greater technical autonomy.

A Complete Modernization of the Polyclinique

Official information released following the inauguration highlights the oxygen production plant with booster as one of the key components of the new infrastructure. The wider modernization also includes a new emergency and intensive care department, three operating rooms, sterilization facilities, advanced medical imaging, laboratory equipment and supporting infrastructure.
